Front Desk Receptionist - Client Care Team The Front Desk Receptionist position at the Capital Cat Clinic is a client focused position that does require a clear understanding of veterinary medicine. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone, take client requests for medication refills, work to ensure medical records and phone conversations are kept accurate in each patients computer based file, and be the positive and poised individuals that assist the clients before and after their appointments. Animal handling skills are preferred, and prior experience in a veterinary clinic is required.
Veterinary Assistant - Patient Care Team
The Veterinary Assistant position at the Capital Cat Clinic encompasses the basics of both feline health care and client education. Veterinary Assistants aid the practice veterinarians in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive hospital setting for both the patients and staff of Capital Cat Clinic. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the medical care of animals, work well in a team environment, be willing and able to follow directions and have the drive and initiative to learn. Animal handling and prior experience working in a veterinary clinic are required.
Licensed Veterinary Technician - Patient Care Team The LVT position at the Capital Cat Clinic encompasses the
full realm of both feline health care and client education. Veterinary Technicians aid the practice
veterinarians in patient care, surgical procedures, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in
the medical care of animals, work well in a team environment, be willing and
able to both follow directions and lead other team members, and have the drive
and initiative to learn.
